How to use CBD Oils


While there are many ways to take CBD oil, it depends on the strength of the oil. With our 5% CBD Oils (a great starting point), you put five CBD oil drops under your tongue and hold them there for 30-60 seconds, and do that three times a day. You can, however, freestyle, putting your drops into a smoothie, juice or even your morning cuppa. CBD is said to take the edge off coffee too.


 

CBD has many different benefits from pain relief/management to minimising anxiety.

 

Neurodegenerative diseases – CBD help reduce the inflammation that can make certain neuro diseases worse. Studies have shown that it may help alleviate symptoms of Alzheimer’s Disease, MS, Strokes and Parkinson’s.

There is a brain receptor known as CB1 that researchers are trialling CBD to see if it aides slowing the process of neurodegenerative disorders.

 

Pain Relief/Management - Studies have shown that CBD oil has an effect on your brains receptors which may help relieve and manage multiple aliments.

These include aftercare from Chemotherapy, Chronic Pain, Muscle Pain, Muscle injuries and many people use it to help relieve the symptoms of MS.

 

Cancer Treatment - CBD may help alleviate cancer symptoms and Chemotherapy side effects. Many Studies have shown the benefits of CBD but it has not as yet been endorsed.CBD has an ability to moderate inflammation and change how some cells reproduce thus reducing the reproduction of tumor cells.

 

Epilesy and Seizures – Studies have been conducted for quite a long period of time now in relation to CBD and Seizures. It seems to minimise the amount of seizures and due to the relaxation properties, aid the after effects of a seizure. More trials are being conducted to prove the benefits of CBD.
